Our Transitions Project eases the transition of both international students and immigrants transition into the Canadian culture. Through market research, Enactus seeks to immerse students into the cultural fabric of Edmonton by hosting a variety of activities for individuals to participate in as well as finding employment opportunities. We also strive to provide international students with a basic working knowledge of Canadian business and provide transferable skills to be applied in the workforce after graduation from the University of Alberta.
Our goal is to provide international students with a comfortable, relaxing and friendly atmosphere in an attempt to recreate that feeling of home. Despite being miles away from their family and friends, Enactus will introduce international students to a large pool of connections who will help ease the transition into a brand new country. In turn, these international students will bolster the workforce and provide local businesses with hard-work, dedication and unique, international insights!
